Altaromanews Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Due to COVID our processing times for your custom order (which all of our products are – we make the individually for you) have been a little longer than they used to be in some cases. Thank you for your patience. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your order will be shipped via first class mail, which can take 2-6 business days within the Italy and 5 days to 3 weeks. Covid related delays can lengthen these times in certain instances and unfortunately that is outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic orders within the Italy ship free.
We do not offer local delivery or order pick-up.
We offer international shipping to all countries worldwide.
Shipping speed options and fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Altaromanews is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
These products are print-on-demand and because of that we can’t offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse. We try our best to accommodate size exchanges but please keep in mind that they come at our expense and are covered on an case-by-case basis. Please check your measurements before ordering custom apparel. You may contact us if you’d like to request a return.
If you need to return a product due to other reasons such as a defect in the product you may do so. More information is available at our return policy page.
